Mesothelioma : What is mesothelioma & types of Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is a very rare but serious kind of asbestos cancer. Mesothelioma can affects the thin protective covering of internal organs like lungs, stomach, heart and other internal organs. Mesothelioma is developed in human body due to the inhalation of asbestos. It is not caused by smoking but smoking can increases the Mesothelioma who is already infected with it.
In other words mesothelioma is a kind of cancer of a tissue which develops around internal organs.
There are three types of Mesothelioma cancers observed:
· Pleural Mesothelioma : Develops in the lining of lungs.
· Pericardial Mesothelioma: Develops in the lining of heart.
· Peritoneal Mesothelioma : Develops in the lining of abdomen
