Mesothelioma is caused mainly due to the exposure to the asbestos. Asbestos (a mineral) is commonly used as an insulator and binding agent in various industries. In some cases it is also used in residential products and equipments.
Exposure to the asbestos is highly dangers but still products containing the asbestos are used in many countries. Use of these products can result in asbestos-related diseases like asbestosis.

Mesothelioma risk increased when you are living with a person who is working with this substance. That’s why some people will cause from this disease that has never been exposed to the asbestos.
